About the Project: This 400,000-square-foot brewery features advanced sustainable design, including a white roof to mitigate the heat island effect and bioswales to manage surface water runoff. The building’s envelope utilizes high-performance insulated metal panels, while the interior features strategically placed windows in the production areas to provide staff with a connection to natural light. The facility achieved a 22% energy cost reduction through measures like LED lighting, heat recovery, and efficient ventilation distribution.
