The facility generates over 25% of its own electricity via an expansive rooftop solar array and utilizes a high-performance rain garden for innovative water stewardship. The 1-million-square-foot building features advanced HVAC systems with CO2 monitoring and extensive daylighting, having pioneered sustainable venue operations for over two decades.
