Our Building Application Engineers (BAEs) review the Insights from one or more of your buildings. From there the Top 5 Insights are reviewed with you, which includes root-cause analysis and any recommended action items to address within the Insight.
System Deep Dive
Our BAEs review specific systems of interest each month and report on all Insights and opportunities for optimizing system performance. Findings are reviewed together with you in monthly meetings.
Realized Savings Calculations (Measurement and Verification)
Our BAEs will write custom rules to define baseline operation and report on the savings achieved from implemented energy measures.
Findings Summary Report
A formal report will be provided summarizing the top findings uncovered. Realized savings are also included in the report, as well as any further opportunities for system optimization.
Point-to-point Verification
Using screen-shots or points lists exported from the your building automation system, our team will verify that each system contains the expected points and that each point tag represents the function of that point.
